Default ABS vs Non ABS axles?

Yesterday I changed out my axles because the boot was leaking on the old ones. I didn't check if I got ABS axles or not but today my pedal felt mushy. Like sometimes it will brake smoothly, and sometimes it will go to the floor. Has anybody had any experience with this?

i had that problem with my brakes. i found out it was my brake master cylinder, it didn't hold the pressure no more. same symptoms, sometimes it worked fine, then minutes later it would go all the way down and i'd have no brakes. most likely its your m/c.

yea ABS axle or not won't make this happen, definitely bigger problems, check your fluid etc.

if you want to know if they are abs or non abs axles, just look at th end of the joint where it goes into the steering knuckle, it will have a toothed ring. You can see this by just turning the wheel all the way
