FI on a b20/vtec

Default FI on a b20/vtec

I have a b20/vtec in my hatch, i want to go FI but i heard that the b20 have weak sleeves? i dont know if i should go n/a or FI.

yeah they have thinner sleeves. I would definately recommend going with a block guard or get sleeving done. Might want to switch thread areas since this is for CRX and you might be better off in like Engines area.

b20 is great with vtec head and FI just dont go revvin it passed 7500. i know it'll be hard not to with a vtec head. trust me i know because 8500 is just around the corner with JDM S1 trans. lol

play with cam timing and ignition timing to move all the power lower and still achieving maximum power at lower redline. get a turbo that matches your powerband. As for block support, 3 or 5 point girdle and a block gaurd should be ok up to 15psi and up to 8k rpm.
