Seriously you should just get a F360 or at the very least a new M3 or Z06.
If you've got the cash and want to build a car for street use those are much better starting points.
But with the setup you listed you should be able to make enough power to get you 12s in the 1/4 mile.

Not looking for quarter mile... I have come to my senses, and am trying to build a road racing beast, since that is the type of racing I am getting into. Though the cars you listed are nice, I'm gonna stick with the R.

In that case, road race the ITR until you can outdrive the car. Then change something on the car to fix a weakness you find. Learn to drive the car again with the change you've made. Repeat as necessary. Fast drivers are better on road courses than fast cars.
