ok i have a 1997 and i just bought a 99 front end with lights and i am going to be buying a brand new set of oem fogs for the 99 front end. the question is is my car pre wired for the foglights ???? or do i have to hook them up a certain way

I don't get the question? You need the newer front end for those fogs to fit.
