yeah, i kinda wondered why you asked that question in the suspension forum

couple things that could help narrow down the options:

what vehicle?
what are your goals (daily driving comfort, autocross, hpde/trackday car)?
what's yer budget?

most people in this forum will recommend konis + ground control sleeves, then you'll have the people who suggest omni even though they have had manufacturing problems with every product they've released, others will suggest d2/ksport/kw/tein/JIC/buddyclub/etc.. some of which are not bad brands, depending on what you're going for. then you'll get a few people who will tell you to buy anything but koni + gc... i think that's because they hate seeing everyone suggest it everytime someone asks this question - which happens quite a lot by the way. the search function or even looking at the list of threads in the forum will show quite a few examples of this very same question.

hope that helps.

H&R makes an excellent Cup Kit that incorporates a Koni shock that is specially matched to the H&R Spring. This kit is also Ride Height adjustable you can't beat that.

Koni has their Sport Kit that consists of a match set of springs and shocks (not struts if you have an 88-00 Civic)

I think someone on here has them ??

Usually people just buy a set of shocks and springs seperately though. I suggest Koni shocks and Eibach springs
