if i but the full coilover suspension kit for my 2000 LS teg would i need a front and rear camber kit? and new shocks

If its the Skunk2 complete coilover suspension than no, you wont need shocks because they will be included with the complete coilover. As if you'll need a camber kit, it depends on how low you go. .5 to an inch and I think you'll be okay. Any lower and you'll need a camber kit.

You dont have to get the camber kit if you dont mind running through tires.
