Hood doesn't want to close??

Default Hood doesn't want to close??

i have a seibon cf hood for my 99 coupe. i opened the hood and wen i close it it doesn't want to lock down. it clicks to where u have to push the switch to lift the hood up but it doesn't want to lock all the way down. any suggestions?

if you remove the upper grille, you'll see 3 bolts that hold it in place.
loosen them and play with it

sometimes i have a malfunction with the hood latch inside the car if its pulled out to much and not pushed back in it wont lock the hood only happen to me 1nce though..try that

its like mt hood is stuck. it wont even go down after the first click.

Did you twist the rubber stoppers all the way down? They sit near the headlight mounts, and they might be holding the hood up too high to lock securely.

If you do not have them already, I would advise investing in hood pins or hood locks.
