Default Opinions needed! sleeved h22 95mm stroker or g22/23 vtec?

I currently have a stock 97 accord SE I'm getting ready to start building and wanted to hear some opinions on which setup may be better.

I'll be getting forged pistons and rods and going for a turbo setup. If i get ahold of an h22 block that's sleeved for cheap I'll go that route, but other wise it'd be in an f22 or f23 block.

So far i haven't heard anything bad about going for the f22/f23 block h22 head combo. My major question is how much whp will the block withstand without sleeving?

Also I'd like to know what accessories swap over between the f and h engines. (like a/c, power steering, ect.)

Thanks in advance.

P.S. I tried pming both samIam26 AND prelittlelude and haven't received an answer back.

the stock sleeves will hold a lot more than the stock pistons will.

If you'd like a 'go to' suggestion, I would point you to this month's issue of HondaTuning magazine. They've an H22 Build-up for turbo article which was quite informative.
And 'brads94accord' isn't far off with regards to his "search" suggestion. This topic is by far the most popular one going, along with "I wanna turbo my F22-something" and "Will cheapo EBay projectors work in my (Insert car here)?"
In addition: pick any Honda Forum out there; and there'll be several H22 threads there too (promise)

I've always been an advocate for cubic inches / cubic inches and more cubic inches. And I lament that there are no aftermarket suppliers for Big Bore Kits (as was available on every Honda motorcycle I ever owned), Stroker Cranks or Box Motors yet for these series engines.
If you can do the dilligence and rework either of these blocks with both a stroker crank and oversize bores, you'd have a real work of art. Why?
The stroker would give you what most of these engines lack, adundant Torque.
The larger bore would get you back to the over square point that has been so successful for Honda (along with giving you more displacement).

Just imagine.......

Thanks for the replies. I've been reading up as much as i can but i only have the library for internet access(an hour a day).

As for the opinions here I'm seriously considering just finding an already sleeved h22 block to make everything go more smoothly.

If you want info on stroked H22s, look for threads by 2point6, or go to his site collectiveracing.com.

the F and H both already have quite a bit of torque compared to most other honda motors. hell my car has more torque than horsepower! when it runs right that is.
