Default 1997 Honda Civic DX Mini-Swap

The motor I have in my Civic is a D16Y7. I was planning to swap my transmission to a 1999-2000 SI. The question I have is: Will I have to change my clutch and flywheel to the specifications of an SI? I've already bought a Exedy clutch and Fidanza flywheel and their specifications are for the 1997 Honda Civic DX. Help me out! Thanks.

yeap! Just plug and play.. EX tranny will give you a shorter gear. You'll feel the difference once you put the ex tranny on.
