Yeh i had 40 series tires before pretty decent ride...but these rims came with the 35's so i'll just run them till they wear down...so for now just taking my time with the potholes.

JDM MonopolyMan....18's are too big for Honda cars....but to me they look pretty decent on Accords since they are bigger than Civics.....don't see the sense buying 16" rims when your stocks are 15's.

You're going to find that there are as many opinions as there are rim styles out there, so don't take a lot of this to heart. Personally I like the effect.
But I will tell you that, by your own discovery, on the next go-around you'll be buying rims of a smalled diameter for the advantages of a deeper sidewall. I note the tires you have mounted appear to have a rim protector ridge on the sidewall. Hopefully, they will be enough to fend off the occasional curb/pothole incident. If not, they could end up as a set of three rims at some flea market.

Good Luck, Looks good

i think they look sweet . The only thing i do not like about it all is how thin the tire looks.. but again u said they came with it and u will replace it one they go down.. I also agree about getting smal 16's when the stocks come 15's anyways.. however i would go 17's thats just me though but anyways...

overall pretty sweet

I like it, not really a fan of black wheels, I'm more of a chrome or silver type of guy but it looks good. I wouldn't go up on the profile, because it wheel make your car look like its standing higher on the wheels, just my 2cents......

That's pretty much what I'll do w/ the three 17's that I've got left over from a battle my right front rim had with a pothole in Los Feliz. I don't think I'll ever pay hard earned money to have them "fixed"......

And I do agree with you when you said that you (the OP) will want to go smaller diameter rims/bigger sidewalls. I'm in that situation now...I don't want my steelies anymore and I'm in the hunt for the 3.0CL rims....the mesh ones that are 16s.....or the 94-95 Accord EX rims. Everyone wants too much for the 97 ITR rims....

Would look hot if they were silver or chrome I'm nto a fan of that black in those rims on that car though. The only way I really think you can pull off black is have a hatch or some other cars work ok slammed on slipstreams with big tires I mean not low profile tires. Other than that I don't like black wheels at all.
