Default help with H22 swap (92 LX auto)

need help wiring(sear4ched)

no codes, just at around 4500-5500 RPM it misses pretty bad, like it has a hard time switching over. Any ideas?

wiring seems to be okay. Fuel is okay.

Thanks

do a basic tune up, wires, plugs, fuel filter, air filter, cap, rotor, and some seafoam.

okay, its OBD-1 with a P0a ecu and the stock 92 lx auto ecu.

tune up is good, new fuel filter on down to new ignition parts. This car came into our shop like this. I've done similar swaps in the past and had no problems.

anyone have any idea what the P0A ecu is out of(searched), I've never heard of it?

what ecu should be in there? with the auto trans?

well the h22 is going to run like *** on a P0a which is the accord ecu (found this out by SEARCHING for keyword "p0a" .. ) ..you wanna get your hands on maybe a p28 or p72 those would make it run fine since they are DOHC vtec ecu's. or you could get the prelude ecu which is the p13

okay I've got the mis to go away but now there is no VTEC activation (test light tested)

the car is wired for VTEC and is pinned correctly but there is no activation and no codes

isnt the p0a a VTEC ecu or should I use a different one. Keep in mind this car is an automatic so I need something that is compatible.

also, I've seen in couple post that I need to switch A6 with A11 ho2 to egr, but in every obd-1 diagram the colors dont match. I have a orange/black in A6 and a pink in A11

I got the miss to go away but after my test drive I noticed that I left the EGR unplugged so as soon as I plugged it in, it started to miss then I noticed that it wasnt hooked up to the vauccum coming from the control so I hooked it up and the car died.

any help would be greatly appreciated
-Thanks

i believe the p0a is the f22b1 ecu which is a vtec ecu..but you should really be using the p13 automatic ecu which is meant for the prelude

what did the auto P13 come out of. Honda parts cant come with a 94-94 Prelude VTEC auto they only show a 5sp. That is of course asuming that I need a 94-95 Prelude.

Oh btw I havent mentioned that the car is still wired for obd1 with the injector resistor box.

another thing is that I pulled the vtec spool valve wire (one wire) connector and the car doesnt mis at all but when I plug it in it will mis bad at 4500 to 5000

Wow, wtf! Pretty messed up, I did a LS swap into an EK where we had simular problems, it ended up being the injectors. The ones that were in the B18b were obd2 when we had just put a obd1 ecu and wiring harness on, so we ended up finding new injector clips and injectors off of a obd1 engine, installed them and it ran perfect.
