How to uninstall stupid anti-start device?
anyone know how to uninstall anti-start devices, i have one made by clifford and it sucks, i hate having to push bottons before i start my car, its annoying and it came with the car when i bought it, now this thing is malfunctioning and cant even start my car and is messing with my electrical becuase my deck wont even power up, anyone have any advice, i live in Norcal in the bay area so if you know how to uninstall it and live by me i'll pay you, please help with advice too.
pretty easy, actually. Follow the wires from the control box down to the ignition harness... Most of the wires should be simply spliced in, but most likely the starter wire will be cut, so you'll need to reconnect it...
What kind of car? Depending on how well the installer put that device in, you'll probably need to disassemble the lower dash beneath the steering wheel to gain access to the wiring...

its a 92 civic hatch, but as for the electrical malfunctions, i just realized i was playing my radio with the battery on powering my sub, so i think the battery is dead, we'll see tomorrow.
