i bought oem foglights and want to install them

If you have the 96-98 EK, I'm not sure what differences there'll be if any. Let us know what you find out. Hope this helped.

and its a 97 civic not 99-00

 

Since you have a 1997, use macsmurray's link. The 99-00 uses different foglight brackets, and doesn't come with the 4 rubber caps. Also, the 99-00 kit uses seperate housings where it looks like the 96-98 fits into the bumper more "directly".

I have already fitted the square ones that you got, and I can say that the guide I put up is the one you need. The fitment is identical
