Default type-s vtec vs si v-tec

can someone tell me the differences in the stock rsx type-s and the si v-tec system. is it just the compression ratio or is it more so cams and valves. there are so many parts for the type-s and nothing for the k20a3. is there a way to make my a3 a type-s with a budget?

the type s vtec is similar to the b series vtec the si vtec is similar to the single cam vtec, on a b series both intake and exaust have vtec on a single cam only the intake has vtec however both k motors both have cam advancement on them
