Questions from a novice

Couple questions i would like to get answered (I have searched these forums). First off i own an 89 crx si w/b16a swap. Bolt ons so far have been 2.5" cat back exhaust (N1 Tsudo) and an AEM cold air intake. I'm using iridium plugs with 7mm wires dist cap and rotor have been replaced. My first question is this.. When i got the engine from JDM customs (dont ever buy from them at least i had bad experience) the TPS sensor was broke so i used the one from my D16 (stock engine on si) Is this ok? Second question is... I replaced the fuel pump and filter. The fuel pump and filter i used were for the CRX si chasis Is this Ok. The reason im asking this is because i'm having a little trouble with start up. I know that i have an injector that is leaking but it is within specs for the engine. Whats happening is that after i drive the car to work about 15 miles and let it sit all day when i go to leave the car turns once or twice and then slowly starts as if there wasnt fuel at the injectors. So this is the reason i replaced fuel pump and plugs and all that stuff. I know that the pressure at the fuel rail (oe) is around 36 shouldnt it be 40+. The car starts and runs fine no overheating no codes no nothing I do however get a little lag in throttle when not applying much pressure to gas pedal. Any help would be appreciated im kinda lost for ideas Oh yeah there is slight idle fluctuation as well Idle range is normal but it never stays the same ie it doesnt idle at 900 rpm all the time. My apologies if you just read this and it was a waste of your time and i have nothing to worry about.
