Default 1995 Civic VX hatchback, K20A2 swapped, Northern MI $6500 obo

So I bought my new house and there is VERY limited storage space for my 4 cars. So I have to ditch one, and sadly this is it.
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1293676
It actually would make a better race car than say a daily driver, but there is a LOT of potential left.
Mod list:
AEM EMS 1070;
K20A2 with 23,000 miles(with papers);
Custom LoveFab Race header;
half-caged, can finish to buyers spec for $1200 more. So far, built to SCCA/NASA rules, it would be easy to complete as a race car;
Koni/GC combo, 1000lb rear springs(Standard fronts);
Subzero 16" wheels;
Sparco front seat.
Thats about it...here are a few pics from the thread above for those too lazy to click:

The only problem with the car is Vtec has notchy engagement; I dont have the time to hunt it down and would rather sell the car very cheaply(for the level of the build) than spend weeks tracking the bug down.

hella good deal, if you add up all the parts not even including the car.

has dunk exhaust
has custom 11" front brakes
has ss brake lines
has wilwood fluid
has 15/16" mc

Cody forgot to mention all that, so this car has lots of go and whoa.

hell, even if you bought the car, pulled all the parts off it and installed them on your cleaner car, you would be way ahead of the game.

I'll trade you my b00sted EF in a second, AEM management on my piece too, and I'd drive it to meet you...in a second, just let me know and I'll be there in 4 hours or so.

I could be even pressed to come up with some money, just get in touch. If you're interested, or if you're not, give me a yell so I can look elsewhere.

Id like to get some $ , just bought a house and with heating bills soaring to $500/mth I need to get some $ somehow. This is the only car that I dont owe $ on...
The EF is nice, email me some more pics, details. Id like something with no problems if possible...
