Those tooling marks on the crank pulley look as if he used a vertical mill with an end mill to shave off the accessory pulleys! It probably is not that balanced if he used a mill to do that.

this was machined down not cut with a bandsaw and no this pulley is not balanced. it was on my list of things to do, but im changing to a fluidamper pulley for my turbo setup.

Owen_The_Soyboy Custom Machined Crank Pulley

Manufacturer

Overview

Owen takes your stock OEM crank pulley and machines the extra belt ribs off. You can delete the PS and AC pulley ribs and keep just the alternator rib. With a single rib pulley, the weight is reduced about 50-60%.

The big plus about this pulley modification is that it keeps the stock rubber vibration damper.

Final Comments

Owen has some great mill skills and this is a great service

He charges very little, and to me it is really worth it. All you need to do is go for quick balance after you get it back and you are all set to go.

Here are some pictures of Owens work

Its up the user to the pully balanced it looks like.
