cool thanks for the quick reply. So if I am gonna be doing an LS/Vtec I will need to stay OBD1 If I am wired up for OBD1?

Correction, I believe that the OBD1 started with the 92 Integra. I know this because I have one and it goes to the 95 Teg

92-93 OBD1 and cable clutch
94-95 OBD1 and Hydro clutch

Does this matter? Like if I get a 93 LS block and use a 95 B16A hydro trany, will I have stuff left over or something?

You will need to get the clutch for the hydro trans and not for the 93 LS motor.
