Converted DA to OBD-1, now tachometer wont work!! WTF!
So yeah. Got the conversion harness and swapped the distributor. I had a chipped PR3 in there before but I decided to go chipped P28. So anyhow, the tach just won't work. I have rpm output all the way to the connector that plugs into the cluster ( I tested it with my voltmeter, and I also checked it with my shift light). I went out and bought another gauge cluster and it still doesn't work. Help!
did you plug everything back in that you unplugged???
seems like you might have forgotten something...maybe something is wrong w/ your ecu, but i bet its something you forgot..
my buddies got a obd1 ef, using a chipped p28, harness, and my old ls cluster...his tach works...
