WTB: 92-95 civic hatchback in NC area

if anyone is selling or knows someone that is selling a 92-95 civic hatchback preferably in black or red, please let me know. Looking to spend no more than $4000. absolutely NO Rust please. Located in the North Carolina area. thanks
