well my question is will a gsr intake manifold fit a type r head. i know it doesnt but this guy told me he bought a jdm b18c with type r head and i saw gsr manifold on it. am i wrong and is it possible to do it.

Yes they will fit .

I seen many GSR setups running TypeR intake manifold , But I don`t know why this man put a GSR manifold on a TypeR head , it`s very restrictive ! as long as it`s not modified from the inside

no you can't match them up w/o modification. The p-72 is the wierd b series head

You've probably seen a GSR head with a GSR Skunk2 or Blox intake manifold (clone of the ITR manifold).

Its most likely just a JDM B18C (GSR). Not a JDM B18C (R)

TYPE R & B16 WILL INTERCHANGE, BUT GSR IS DIFFERENT FOR SURE

My bad then , I tough that they were TypeR intake manifolds

Also , I said that it fits because there was a friend of mine that had a GSR motor swaped in his EG civic and I saw that he put a different intake manifold and he told me that it was a TypeR intake manifold

yea thats what i thought too i know gsr manifold doesnt fit type r head. but this guy told me it did so i thought it was possible. so my question is is it possible to do that. thanks
