Which brand would you replace your axles with if you needed a new set and why? I am looking for a set for street and HPDE driving.

Raxles seem to have great warranty but Fidanzas are not much more for upgraded axles.

Are there any other reasonably priced choices out there?

Thanks

If you aren't making significant amounts of power over stock, there's no reason not to go with Autozone/Pepboys axles.

I am making about 195 hp at the wheels so I may be at the limit of rebuilt axles. The last set of axles I am on are stock ITR that came with my motor. The previous stock GSR axles lasted over 120K miles but the next 4 rebuilt axles only lasted weeks. I don't want to get into a snap, warranty, replace, snap, warranty, replace situation again.

No reason why you shouldn't just replace with OEM ones. Rebuilds seem to be hit and miss but even the shop I got my rebuilds from had a decent warranty against failure, just a PITA.

I dropped an H22A into my DC last year and went with Raxles, Marty was a GREAT guy to deal with, we had a small problem with the original set and he took them back, fixed them and sent me a new set at his expense .... and I'm in Canada.

I've been running them for over a year and launch it hard a few times a week and have NO problems.

I can't say he'll do the same for everyone, it's his call. But as for promptness, great advice and excellent customer service, Marty and his product get from me.
