I searched the forum and couldnt find much information on Spidi gear. Im mainly looking into their leather jackets. Anyone have any Spidi gear, or knows if their jackets are good. I have seen some pro racers wear Spidi and their jackets are also a little more than Alpinestars/JR so Im assuming it must be good.

 

Yes it's good, armor is good and the armor is padded on the inside, so it's not the bare plastic armour rubbing at your skin like some other jackets. Leather is very thick (yet soft and not stiff like some other brands), the waist zipper is all metal, plus it's sewn to the jacket with a thick a$$ piece of material. Some other brands use a thin strip that looks like it would tear if you put some force on it.

I know somebody (my brother) that has had two lowsides and one highside and he is still wearing the same gear. I think he had one dime sized hole in the arm of the jacket patched.

I also rock Spidi gear (Norick 2pc), never crash tested. Quality is top notch

I got a spidi jacket and love it. Its really comfortable and good quality, not as nice as my Dainese but its still really good.
