Default How to identify my distributor and replace dizzy parts

I have an ls/vtec motor which I have rebuilt. I bought the hybrid motor, and am not positive of what distributor is on the car. The head is an obd0 b16 and I am currently running an obd0 ecu.

From this, am I correct to assume that the only dizzy's that work are the original JDM pieces, and 90-91 integra.

I need to know how to identify which dizzy I have, because I believe I need to replace my cap and coil. I am planning on going with MSD components, and am unsure of what I should order.

Hope someone can shine some light onto this for me
