ok i'm getting ready to do a head swap from a 03 dc5 to my 05 ep3. i have all the necessary parts, cams, oil squiters pistons even a final drive gear for my tranny to make it a six speed. all my plans have been brought up to several honda technicians and everything is do-able, the only thing i need to know is if i have to reflash the computer or if i should get a stand alone system or if the stock one will work... if anyone knows anything on the computer and if a reflash or if a whole new one is required let me know... thanks for any info...

a reflash is definately required! your stock computer will send a signal to switch cam profiles at 2200 or 2300 rpms instead of where the K20A2 is supposed to. also the fuel and spark maps wont have the optimum setup.
