99-00 ctr city lights
no...
Just get some female spade connectors and connect them that way. You do not need to waste $30, since you need to wire them into the corner bulb's wiring anyway.
As long as you have the sockets, youre good to go (I suggest you buy these used, since they are easy to find (trunk light sockets, prelude city, sidemarker, etc are all the same socket!)

junk yard, search classifieds here for anyone parting out a car
If you want, you can take the harness that attaches to them too (since it would be the same as the ones password sells for $30)
You can go to the dealership for the sockets too, if you want

DIY is a lot better
Not hard at all and it's a lot cheaper. Once you find out how simple the kit is, you'll kick your self for spending 30 bucks, when it could of cost you only 7 max. Listen to the guy... Wire, sockets and connectors are available everywhere, and besides you'll understand what you did a lot better by doing it yourself
Good luck

I havent looked at their "kit" but Im sure it just has the oem sockets and connectors (that they inserted a red and black wire).
All you need is the socket!
Hell, when I bought my ek4 headlights from password, leo threw in sockets for free.

I found this DIY for the city lights, is this the best process? https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=963656
IF you have CTR's you don't need that thread, that's only for headlights that dont have city light sockets already. To wire up the sockets just splice into the corner bulb wires. red with red, black with black, put the socket in the headlight and call it a day
