What is the difference in size of an LS and GSR intake pipe? or will a LS intake tube fit up on a GSR?

nope. the gsr t/b is in a lower position than the ls so the answer is no.

You wouldn't be able to use an LS intake on a GSR engine nor vice versa as the position of the throttle body is different between the two. If you tried to use for example some cold air intake with an aluminum pipe, it wouldn't fit, unless you bent it, but then you'd compromise that intake both in efficiency and probably in reliability. Besides that, I'm fairly sure the GSR throttle body is slightly larger so you might need different tubing to connect the intake to the throttle body. hope that helps.
