Default Tranny won't seperate

Ok guys i've searched and found nothing on my delema,I'm pulling the b16 out of my eg.

I've got everything unbolted but the damn tranny won't seperate from the motor,I've been beating on this thing all damn morning and it just won't come loose,i've cracked it abit but nothing to were it's going to come off.

Is their sumthing i'm overlooking here???

Need all thoughts today guys,motor has to come out and the new go in,Need my car for work tomorow

obviosly somthing is still connected, check the lower flywheel cover..sometimes thats overlooked

Did you take out your starter? If not the tranny won't come apart
Also like stated above double check that all bolts are removed

I've got that,I've checked everything 3 and 4 times,I've got EVERYTHING unbolted and unhooked.

You know, when I did my first separation, I thought I got everything, got pissed, and it was all because of 1 silly bolt.
If youre absolutely 100% sure that you got them all, I say just check it a 5th time, slowly, and then stick a screwdriver in there and wiggle it apart.
If it still wont work, look a 6th time...youre probably just missing one

Ive heard there is a bolt on the front side of the tranny, that you can only feel and not see. Check this thread out, its not your tranny but should help you out http://www.honda-acura.net/for...39802

did you get the 2 bolt's that bolt from the block into the trans or the dust shield?

I got it all,i just stuck a pry bar in,ended up being the two dowel pins,Little sticky,But everything is golden now.

To bad it's a bitch to get the motor out without the tranny,I think the trans is coming out now anyway,It less hassle haha
