does it come with lugs and studs? Would you need spacers for those?

 

yes it comes with the lugs and hubcentric spacers...its set up for integras but i think it works for the civic front ends also
they do stick out a bit however while driving around the pit area it does not hit my fenders even at full lock, which i found odd
i did have to raise the car to fit as the car is really low and it sat right on the slicks.
otherwise they did work well
