coolant bypass IACV FITV help!!
can someone make me a diagram of how to reroute coolant lines on ls/vtec so i dont need IACV or FITV at all???!!
its b18b LS block with b16a3 head.
thanks

naw i guess the whole theory behind it is put a plate between the IACV and IM but still leave it on and plugged in it just prevents too much air from flowing through the manifold, ie and the control valves from messing up all the time.
Buy some gasket material to place between each component to block them off. Run a new waterline from the intake manifold line to the conector pipe (waterpump/thermostate) bypassing both components.
If the manifold is off, drill and tap the EACV ports and install pipe plugs. As for the FIV, make up an aluminum plate blind.

yeah this is the part the confuses me...u got a diagram for that?
i mean i know u got to block them each off, and still leaved the IACV plugged in, but i have an ITR manifold, so one of the plugs goes from the IM to the FITV, through the IACV...do i connect the IM one of the smaller hoses to the line that comes off from the block?
On IACV, one coolant line runs from the coolant passage nipple to the iacv, to the other iacv outlet going to the FITV...i have to leave one of them connected to it wont throw a code right?

Just leave the IACV electrical hooked up so you do not get a code.
The water line that goes from the engine TO the IACV make it longer if needed and run it to where the line from the FIV attaches to the motor (i.e motor to motor). If the hookup at the motor/intake could be plugged you would not have to run the hose, unfortunately the fittings are barbed for a hose.
