Automatic Seat Belt
My first Honda was a 90 accord LX and the passenger side seatbelt would not retract. If replacing the fuse does not fix it, then I highly recommend that you take it to your local dealership to have it fixed. Seatbelts have a lifetime warranty and in my case, the problem was the motor. They replaced it free of charge.
I waited so long to do this since I thought I was going to pay for it, but the seatbelts are for your safety, so don't hesitate. Do it...do it now!

I agree... Honda does warranty seatbelts for the life of the car. It would be quickest to just have the dealer take care of it for you, and it's free so there really shouldn't be a decision to make here.
