RHD 1990 JDM CR-X SiR EF8 Daytime Photoshoot As Promised (5MB of Pics + JDM Warning)
Well I promissed that I would do a daytime shoot so I took my new CRX into town today to the Honda dealership to wash it. Within 5 minutes of leaving my driveway (litterally 5 min. I took a left out my drive, then to a stop sign and took a left there then 3 min past there) I was pulled over by the police. I have the pics on my cellphone and am working out how the hell to get them to my email. I think I found out but typing my email address is taking forever LOL.
Anyways it was my first real time driving the car during the day into any town with a population or gathering of more than like 5 people. It was interesting to say the least. Didnt get too many looks, but thats fine. Thats not why I bought the car, but did have a guy beside me at a light do the double take.
So anyways here are the pics. The car was washed but I didnt use the foam brush, just the pressure washer, because foam brushes can scratch the paint. So its not perfect but I took the pics at sundown so that makes the car look cleaner than in real life.

Here is the damage that was caused during shipping on the boat over from Japan to Canada. They whacked it into something and then that pushed the fender back and the passenger door wont open because it rubs on the fender. Which sucks.

This is a smashed up RSX that Im storing at my place for a local performance shop. I do not own this car, but I took a pic of it because of the eventuality of someone in this thread asking about it.

I hoped you enjoyed the pics as much as I did taking them.

Damn man, I just remember reading a thread of yours how you were asking people to help you financially (don't know how old that is), and know you buy a EF-8.
Look like everything went right for you!

Here are pics of when I was pulled over by the police. Hot of the email. Sorta hard to see because the phone on the camera sucks. But it was like a Police van that pulled me over and then in the rearview mirror shot you can see that there is a police cruiser infront of my car on the other side of the road aswell.
He just came up to the passenger window and then walked around to my side and sorta started at me. Then asked me what the deal with the car was, where I got it, did I import it, how much it cost, how long Ive had it. Then proceeded to ask me if the buttons on the Mugen wheel were NOS buttons. LOL I laughed and explained that they were for the horn and then he laughed when I honked the horn. He asked me where my "This Vehicle Is Right Hand Drive" sticker was and I told him I had untill the temporary permit ran out to put it on my car, which in reality I have no idea. So If you are reading this officer I appoligise. He then asked me to turn on the car and rev the engine to 4K because of the large looking Kakimoto exhaust. I did and he said, "Wow that is real quiet for an exhaust that large. I mean you can stick your head in there." He then told me to turn off the car and walked back to his van and ran my ****. Then came back told me to have a nice day. I had to wait for him to leave because he was behind me and I couldnt see **** because of the RHD. LOL.

I still am, very infact LOL, but I worked out a work plan through my fathers company to return the money lent over the next 14 months for graphic design services which they badly need suposidly. So essentially all the car is costing me is for the plates and the 8% when I regester it.

I hope that clairfys things.

I bought the car online from http://www.japaneseusedcar.ca. I then found a customs broker that specializes in importing cars from Japan and he did the paperwork for me since it was such a huge ordeal with all the paperwork.
