Rev limit on Jun2 cams?

Rev limit on Jun2 cams?
How high should my rev limiter be set so that i can take full advantage of my Jun 2 cams (i ahve portflow inners ITR outters), without bustin on my stock rods/pistons? also, is it safer if ihave the fuel cutoff raised to like 10 K so i can use MSD ignition cut at whatever the actual limit mite be?
