i need to make a decision on what exhaust to buy for my crx. im looking for a cat back system. i need some input. i don't know of too many companies that make cat back for a 90 crx, so add some in if you know any.

How can you compete with an exhaust named "Racing Medallion"? Tanabe all the way! Wide open disign, great sound, superb looks.

 

the new skunk2 is a RS*R im getting one in a week

 

brospeed sounds great and the construction of it is solid the pipes are as thick as water pipes but feather light. Sounds great when opened up and quiet at highway speeds.

Thermal R&D has great quality for the price. I have the old, black, non-resonated one, kinda loud, but it does the job.

 

I have the Trust MX SS its nice low and quiet.

 

If I could use an exauhst system meant for the car, no question RS*R!!!!

 

fuckit just get cutom piping and unbolt your muffler sounds tiiite at high revs but can be quite at freeway driving !!

I got 2 inch piping with a flowmaster muffler, it sounds pretty good. Runs good too. I like it.

 

tanabe. especially if they have it in the new 'super' type, with lighter/stronger material. they're ISO approved. what other companies have those standards?

 

thermal! quietest exhaust. i have the 5zigen fireball, thing wakes the neighbors everytime i come home

3' Stainless Apexi N1 (straight pipe) with 36in resonator.



Btw, How come no one mentiond probably one of the best cat-back sytems HKS? its 2.25 piping a very stock looking muffler is just perfect for a sleeper. Sounds very good just like the over priced Greddy cat back system.

I've never heard an exhaust on a Honda that I really like. So I would take the quietest exhaust that actually helps performance. And that would be Greddy (which is what I have on both my cars).
