Default 1995 civic overheating!!!!

I have a 1995 Honda Civic DX. In the last 6 months, my car has been overheating. I have had replaced: radiator, both fans, thermostat, 2 sensors. However, my car keeps heating up to about 3/4. I have had to different mechanics check the Head Gasket, and they both said the gasket checked out fine. The only thing I notice is that antifreeze is leaking from the top of the overflow reservoir. It does this only when the car overheats. What is going on???? Thanks

What exactly do you mean "leaking from the top of the over flow"? Is the overflow full?

When I open the hood, the top of the overflow container has antifreeze on it. Also, there is antifreeze on the top left side of the radiator and on the left side of the car, next to the overflow container. It looks as if someone poured anitifreeze on top of the overflow reservoir and it leaked off the sides.
