Flashing Maintenance Required Light
What does it mean when my Maintenance Required Light flashes 8 times once the key is in the On position?

under ur dash, theres a box with a button.
its above the gas pedal.
its pretty much located above your right knee
what u do is have your car off.
press and hold that button.
and start your car.
its just a reminder to bring your car to acura/honda so they can charge you for maintenance/and things you can do by yourself

It comes on a couple hundred miles before your scheduled maintence. When it hits a certain amount of miles the light will stay on. To turn it off put your key in the on position and hold the button under the dash for like 10 seconds and it'll go away, just remeber to do your maintence.
