Default B16 smog legal????

I have a wrecked 00 civic si. If i put the b16 in my civic sedan will it be smog legal with that engine?????

you have to get it bar'ed first ofcourse ...if you just go straight to any smog place they wont even do it ....you'll fail the visual....

NO it will not be smog leagal in california.

people do not give this guy some wrong info!!!

do some research on the BAR site and the first rule is that the engine needs to be the same year as the car or newer

man... do you guys read? he wants to put his 00 SI engine in his 97 sedan. last time i checked, 2000 &gt; 1997
