You would probably be better off getting after market cams but ITR cams will make a pretty good increase in power.

lightly modified and tuned it will make a significant difference. If youre looking for serious NA power keep in mind you would have to purchase more than just aggressive aftermarket cams.
Search. There are plenty of dynos to prove the potential of ITR cams.

ITR Cams will help, but there ITR, there gonna be overpriced, for what you pay you can get a good set of aftermarket cams, but then you gotta get springs and retainers.

good luck!

itr cams wont necessitate new retainers though... because gsr and itr retainers are the same.

Just buy the ITR (00/01) intake cam, exhaust cams are exactly the same.

Please take back your comment so I dont have to prove you wrong(if you meant gsr-vs-itr exhaust cams are the same???)... thanks

ITR cams are cheaper than most aftermarket sets and help a good bit, but keep in mind thet they are still OEM and not made strictly for power.

You need the ITR valvesprings (intake side, then use GSR intakes on your exhaust side) to get all the potential they offer (higher peak HP).

Retainers are the same.

I like them.

i would do aftermarket cams, u will get more gain, there was a write up on skunk2 stage 1 cams vs. ITR cams, and the Skunk2 cams, had a signifigant amount of power gains over the ITR cams....

Skunk2 Stage 1's don't require valvetrain upgrade...

it's recommended, but you can get away without.

i dont understand that though, if the itr cams "require" upgraded valvesprings... and the skunk2's are more aggressive than the itr's, wouldnt that necessitate new valve springs? now i understand that you can run itrs on stock gsr springs, but i wouldnt just becasue honda didnt. so maybe im just a stick in the mud
