hey guys

i did some searching on these **** colored headlights, and i have found some answers, but im still not satisfied with my findings

i read that you can compound off some of the stuff on the outside, but it takes away the clearcoat on the headlights.

i plan on rebaking / painting my headlights darker since my first run of gunmetal grey wasnt relaly dark enough. im probably going to paint it black. so any kind of rubbing compound should work? what should i do to ensure that the yellowness wont come back later? baking is a big PITA!
