People with expirence with K series
so instead of buying parts and realizing they dont make power
i figured id talk to some people that have already done it and know what makes power
so what makes power on a k20a itr motor
right now im thinking the basics
intake- probally going with a aem cold air
header- which one?
exhaust-type 1 b pipe and spoon n1, maybe somthing different
hondata intake manifold gasket
hondata reflash, which one?
baffled oil pan, which is best and which gives best clearance in a dc2 chassis
and exedy clutch
toda flywheel
and a j's engine torque dampner
thats about all iv got right now

I've got a K20a in my Ep3 Putting down 215 whp 155 ft lbs on a dynojet.
The aem or injen cai are both nice units that work well. I'm running a aem. I've got a mugen n1 header that works well but is a bit pricey. You should try a prototype racing or dtr header (if he makes one). I highly recommend going k-pro if your budget allows. The K20a is real touchy with its high compression and you will need to capabilities to tune so you wont knock as much. I have still not been able to get a tune that doesnt at least knock a bit from 3000-3500 rpm depending on load and which gear you are in. Sorry, No info on the oil pans. Hope any of this helps

the reason i wanted the reflash is so the ecu will work in my car, will the k pro do the same thing
so your making 215 with just an intake a header and k pro or do you have more
