B16 Head with B20B4 Block?

Is this the only match? Everytime I look up better higher compression pistons and rings (standard size) for a B20 block they always say use it with B16 heads. I know that can't be right but why would these parts sites say that?
I do have a full JDM SiR-G swap that I've taken apart and have the head fully built with Ferrea parts (valves, springs, retainers, seal, locks, guides, etc.) that I would love to use with a 2.0l setup.
Are lighter rocker arms going to help with my setup too? I plan on using Skunk2 stage 3 camshafts.
There will be no over bored or larger valve but I will have a custom IM with a 74mm throttle body. What kind of power gains should I expect with my setup with a good fuel setup and timing? TIA
