Default Dyno Results of My Turbo ZC CRX *Video* *DynoSheet* *Timeslip*

Well the guys at Inline Racing here in Houston Texas built my turbo setup. Its all custom piping and custom Stainless Steel manifold. Im running a tdo6 17c turbo on 10.5lbs on stock head and block DOHC ZC motor. We converted to obd1 and tuned the car on Crome, I was pretty suprised on the power it made. I took it to the track the next day and did okay but I know I can do much better then what I ran. Im still open dif and on slicks so I couldnt truly launch the car. I was rolling out the hole which killed my 60fts and 1/4 times. I was trapping very high so I know the car has the power to put down way better times. End result was 13.80@109....Im hoping to better my times next weekend. We made a small video you should check it out its pretty coo. Plz right click save as the video, any questions feel free to ask...

That's way cool!

How did you do it?

I didn't know that was an option on the DOHC ZC motors.

I wasnt worried about R/T I was trying to roll out the hole with out breaking an axle. I was racing the clock not the guy next to me. Yes, im hitting full boost around 4.5k and yes Im running the OEM head gasket. I do worry about the motor's internals giving out but if you run stock block turbo on any honda its bound to blow at some time. As for converting it to obd1 we used a LS distubutor and re-wired the harness. Its a true obd1 car not that conversion harness crap.

Thanks for the feed back.. I didnt have any traction issues I just didnt fully launch the car out the hole. Im still open dif and had to run slicks cuz I couldnt catch traction in 2nd gear.. Thats why my 60fts sucked so bad. If I get it down to a 2.0 on open dif I think I can hit a very low 13 no problem.
