OBD0 to OBD1

Default OBD0 to OBD1

Would i need the dual point or multipoint jumper harness, the car is a 91 std hatch with a hasport multipoint harness, and if anyone is willing to sell one or trade that would be appreciated

Is your car converted to mpfi already ? If it is, why would you need the mpfi harness ?

You are set man. OBD0-1 harness, 4 wire O2 sensor, OBd1/2 distributor and OBd1 ecu is all you need.
