Default Race classes

Now ive been riding for a while now and i wanna take the next step i want to learn how to ride like the racers. Does anyone know of some classes you can take in Fl or is this something you just learn by getting on the track and doing it.

Hey man I like to see people try to step it up intelligently.

Off the top of my head, here are the classes I can think of:

Keith Code Superbike School
http://www.superbikeschool.com

Freddie Spencer's High Performance Riding School
http://www.fastfreddie.com

Jason Pridmore's Star Motorcycle School
http://www.starmotorcycle.com

Kevin Schwantz's Suzuki School
http://www.schwantzschool.com

I am planning on taking Keith's or Freddie's first. Then Kevin's since it so far from me.

Local track day organizations should have some sort of introductory class to teach you the basics of track riding and how to go faster. I'd wait until after a few track days so your comfortable with riding on the track before you take a race school. The school won't help much if you are nervous the entire time and have never ridden on the track.

I'm planning on going to:

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by gumtape_deathmatch &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Jason Pridmore's Star Motorcycle School
http://www.starmotorcycle.com
</TD></TR></TABLE>

Next year. I know Richie Alexander and he has helped my riding tons by just giving me tips while I'm in his shop. I can't even imagine what coaching by someone of his or Jason's caliber will do for me. Plus you get to ride two up with one of them, that alone is almost worth it
