Default will these tires fit with this setup??

i did a search and didnt come up with much...

info: i have a 93 cx with H&R race springs (2.75" drop in front 2.5 back) and koni shocks... right now i have 195/45r16 wheels on the car

question: im about to grab some winters that are 195/70r14 .. will i rub?

probably... that's an extra inch on top of the tire which might cause it to rub

According to the math, your current 16 inch tire should be 19.4 inches tall,

According to the math, your 14 inch tire will be 19.3 inches tall.

Convert the metric width by dividing by 25.4, take that number and multiply it by the aspect ratio percentage which would be 70% for the 14's and it comes to damn near the excact size. I read that in a car mag a while ago and if it's accurate, you will be golden.
