Do you pay your seller before he ships?
I was just wondering for the sake of eightkplus. He just won't accept that he pays then I ship. He feels it's a trust issue, well i have to say it is. That is how it works in any transaction. He wants me to ship and upon his receiving the item, he will send the money. Give me your opinions.

hes not worth doing business...if i understand your post right..you are shipping something to someone...and he wont pay till you ship it...if it is COD (cash on delivery) thats a different story...
you could ship it UPS and give him the "tracking" number to prove you shipped it then you could get him to pay
But overall...the way it works it this...you pay for the item then the supplier ships it...no if's and's or buts

He wants me to ship and upon his receiving the item, he will send the money.
I always ask to be paid in full upfront, and have never had any issues or transactions otherwise.
Also, I have bought a lot of **** here and I have always paid in full upfront.

as a seller, you hold the cards in your hand. The buyer has to trust you to ship out the item. if he doesnt trust you, go on to the next buyer or do COD

do NOT ship anything until you have the cash in your hands!
if he doesn't wanna pay you first, he's trying to rip you off! Don't do business with that guy...

never send something without getting money first! COD SUCKS ***! I lost 650 on COD because the dude canceled check on me after he got item

You can cancel a cashier's check in the states. In Canada, it is impossible to cancel a bank draft (cashier's check).
