Whats up yall!!! im real new into the import scene. I have a 2001 honda civic ex coupe, automatic. I need to get some advice on improving the horsepower, swaps, and possible body kits, so here goes.

Swaps-
What swaps are available for my civic?
What swaps are smog legal, im in CA?
Will i lose power steering/ac or any thing else with any of these swaps?
Best turbo kits? how much will it improve and how much will they cost?

Body kits- Im really looking for side skirts, front and rear lips and i think its called a flush mounted spoiler ( the one that sits directly on the trunk)

Where can i get them?
are they easy to install my self?
how much are mugen or i believe its called type K or type R?

I know its alot of questions but Im really trying to get this car lookin coo, i live out in the Long beach/Downey area. All your advice is good. I looked for threads on here but couldnt find any........ But thanks yall for anything holla back

man thanks alot for the website. im trying to get a handle on all of the possibilities for my car. alot of people keep telling me that its pointless to try and soop up a 01 auto ex. but i just wanted to get all the info. thanks man

 

at some point, those people are right.

im sure they were referring to performance wise modding. the d17 motor can only perform good with boost, your basic bolt-on parts wont yield enough gains for its cost. but then again, even when you boost, you fall into the "rsx-s range".


the 01+ civics are nice cars to mod and fun to drive. but performance, wrong car.
