Default JDM Foglights on an EG with Integra Dash.. how do i connect them upto the integra dash?

Hey guys.
I havent purchased any JDM Foglights for my EG Hatch yet, but i was wondering if i could purchase...

1. A set of EG Hatch JDM foglights with the EG Switch.
2. A JDM Integra Foglights Button for my integra dash (unless my dash has one somewhere i dont know about already? There are two round buttons just on either side of the steering wheel. One of these seems inactive on my dash, is this where the foglight switch usually is?)

If i purchased these two.. would it be possible for me to pull off the EG button and replace it with the integra button enabling me to keep the integra foglights button on the dash?

i hate the idea of having to make up new switches under the dash.. IMO its tacky.

If anyone has any info on how to set this up, it would be great.
Thanks

Get an Integra button with cut harness and splice the plug with the EG foglight harness.

ok, easy done.
now.. where are the foglight buttons on an integra dash? in any models did they use the round button left of the steering wheel (cruise control for some i know)????

i also heard some have the button next to the e-brake.. im a bit lost as to where it usually is. I wanna get the button put in to the left of the steering wheel and am just wondering if its possible??

The JDM gauge clusters don't dim, so the foglight switch is in the place where the dimmer **** is on the USDM tegs. Just adjust the dimmer so that it is as bright as it goes, then tuck it back behind the dash and put the foglight switch in its place.

thanks for that, clears that prob up, is it true that the JDM DC2's had them next to the e-brake or am have i misinterpreted something?

As my integra dash doesnt have cruise control, ill put the switch on the left side and keep my dimmer switch.. what do u reckon?

i could buy a round integra button that would hook upto this slot perfecly yeah?

Thanks for all the help guys, really appreciate it

i wanna use it for my fogs. My car doesnt have cruise and by the looks of my dash either did the DC2. Its not being used at all, just a plastic piece blocking it off.

Thats why i wanna use this slot. That way i wont need to tuck the dimmer back as someone mentioned

Just doing some research on the best available options...

so, an integra fog button is round and will slot in this position like its where it belongs yeah? or will there need to be a little modification?

Yes, the integra fog switch is round and should fit perfect, however I have never tried, so I can't say if there is little or no modification required. It should just slip right in. I see the switches from time to time on ebay. Maybe passwordjdm carries them. Anyway, goodluck
