Default 75 shots on an ls????

Heres the plan... im getting a NOS wet nitrous kit with a 75 shot jet. i plan on running it only on WOT and i plan on getting the timing retarded as well as getting it dyno tuned would this be enough to safley run 75 shots nitrous on my ls with just I/H/E (engine is in perfect condition no problems so far) or would i need some other sort of fuel management other than tuning? let me know

also if you have run nitrous on your ls what kind of numbers were you putting down and did you have any problems

If you're engine is in as good shape as you mention, you'll have some fun for awhile. What is your clutch like? what condition is it in? That'll probably go out first.

my friend had a 75 wet shot...and ran 14.7 wit a stock 91 DA...auto

i have a 90 DA with I/H/E and a 55shot and ran a best of 16.3 at 86mph. Im not a great driver but come on

you'll need good fuel management. and a nice clutch. but once you have those the engine should last a while. just depends on how often you hit it. but one day, sooner or later (probably sooner, like <1 year), you'll be in need of a new shortblock as yours will end up burning oil and losing compression. i think if you wanted to be really serious it would be neat to have an SFC tuned, 1 map stock for driving (or even tune that for more power) and another map for nitrous use, then you could fine tune it rather than just have a "wet kit" nozzle dumping X amount of extra fuel.
