Need some info on this car is running good and all but it's seems like when i go to take off from a stop it's idling very low like it's going to cut off but it doesn't, and when i come to a stop sometimes it seems like it's going to cut off too but doesn't. I have a new iac valve on there about two years ago i did turn my fuel pressure down a couple of weeks ago could this be the problem. i have a 99 ek coupe with b16 swap. the engine has new cap, rotor ,plugs and wires. running the car right now on one o2 sensor. (waiting for the obd1 conversion.)
do you have an alarm on your ride ? this happened to me to and it was my alarm that was causing the low idle. i have a viper pager alarm(i dont know the model #) and when i unplugged the negative cable from the battery and reconnected it idle was way low and would turn off on me. i solved my issue by guning the car on the freeway(short run) and letting the car sit for 30 mintues on. hope this helps any
thwoing any cels? running with one o2 in obd2 will cause limp mode right? i may be wrong
try adjusting the idle screw, also is your ignition timing on? Any vacuum leaks?
Is the idle just plain out low or is it "hunting".. going up a lil, then down a lil, etc.

check your coolant, sounds funny but i once had some air in my coolant system, and made my idle very low. also check your IAC, possibly clogged. good luck

I am running the one o2 right now it's seems like the cars i going to cut off but doesn't when you take off out of first gear, start going then come to a stop the idle drops down then comes back up and that's it doesn't move up and down or anything. I put a iac valve on there about year or so ago haven't tried to clean it out yet.

It has a brand new hose and pcv valve on it no vaccum leaks. I'll try to clean the iac valve and see if that helps any.

Yeap, actually now that you say that it doesn't do bad on gas at all but turn the fuel pressure down last month might have something to do with it. Also i am going obd1 soon when i get done with the building the head up more.
